2. don't merge log with message headers.
it's very hard to see what exactly was wrong there.

Is that the human-readable portion of a bounce message?
The "refused to talk to me" error happens only when the server presents
a 4XX or 5XX banner or responds with 4XX/5XX to EHLO. But it is odd
that the alleged invalid domain name is theirs and not yours...
Did this happen just once, or is it still happening with new messages?
Can you report the output of:
(if posttls-finger is included in your OS Postfix package, or you're
willing to build it from the upstream Postfix source).

Please post the log file records for queue id "2D3959201C6" plus the
usual "postconf -n" and "postconf -Mf" output.
