Route unknown user to new domain

Ing. Luis Felipe Dominguez Vega
Hello. I'm using postfix + dovecot for my example.com domain, but i want
that any missing local users change the mail to @net.example.com and go
to my relay host. I was configured luser in postfix but when I send a
mail to a unknown user is not working. I'm using LDA with dovecotEnviado
desde mi smartphone Samsung Galaxy.

Luis

it sounds dangerous to accept email for unknown users and then forward
it on somewhere else, unless your relay host also has a catch all
address. Otherwise if your relay host bounces unknown users, your server
can become a source of back scatter.

Having said that, what error are you getting and what is your configuration?

Re: Route unknown user to new domain

Thanks for the respond, but i already get working with this:

virtual_alias_maps = hash:/etc/aliases,
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="ldap:/etc/postfix/ldap/virtual-ldap-accountmaps.cf">ldap:/etc/postfix/ldap/virtual-ldap-accountmaps.cf,
hash:/etc/postfix/virtual

That's because my domain is same that the my relay_host..... when the user is not found on ldap database, then use the virtual with the content:

@example.cu @net.example.cu

then my relay host recognize that net. to send to the correct user. Thanks....
