when the postfix will invoke sendmail to send a mail to receiver itself?

Today I find a problem that, my postfix send a mail to my receiver.

i used web(apache) to invoke sendmail to send a hold mail queue file.
but at the time of the log record, postfix wasn't receiving mail, just some queue file in deffer.
